The Sanitary Design Workshop is targeted to any food industry professional that works with or needs to learn about the basics of sanitary design in food-processing operations related to equipment, facility, materials of construction, FSMA and cleaning methods.

The Sanitary Design Workshop is targeted to any food industry professional that works with or needs to learn about the basics of sanitary design in food-processing operations related to equipment, facility, materials of construction, FSMA and cleaning methods.

This two-day workshop will include lectures from experienced professors and industry professionals. There will also be four hands-on sessions where participants can experience case studies of important sanitary design issues. A high-level session on emerging trends in sanitary design will help participants plan for the future.
