FAPC is offering a PrimusGFS training to improve the understanding of the general regulations and technical requirements on the PrimusGFS Certification Standard.

PrimusGFS is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). This food safety audit scheme covers Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).

This seminar is useful for those who are interested in knowing about the general regulations and technical requirements of the PrimusGFS Certification Standard. Topics include:

  • General regulations
  • Certification process
  • Overview of Modules one, two and three
  • Non-conformances
  • How to submit corrective actions

Day 1
Introduction to PrimusGFS
General Regulations
Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Module 1

Day 2
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Module 2

Day 3
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Module 2
HACCP Module 3

Registration:

  • Cost: $800 per person. Please note a $25 fee will be billed to those who fail to cancel or attend.
