FAPC offers a HACCP Verification and Validation Workshop for food companies.

FAPC will offer a HACCP Verification and Validation Workshop. This workshop will cover the following areas.

Topics:

  • HACCP and Preventive Controls Overview
  • Verification of PRP’s/GMP’s/FSMA Preventive Controls
  • Process Validation
  • Microbial Validation
  • Validation (FSIS) of HACCP and Food Safety Plans
  • Verification and Validation to Meet GFSI Schemes

Registration:

  • Cost: $350 per person for large companies (greater than 10 employees); $250 per person for small Oklahoma-based companies (10 or less employees). A $25 fee will be billed to those who fail to cancel or attend.
  • The registration fees cover lunch, refreshments and workshop material costs.
