We offer the service of developing food product nutrition fact panels for companies. To request a nutrition fact panel for your product, complete the nutrition fact panel recipe submission form and email completed form to darren.scott@okstate.edu or mail to:

Fees
$175 per recipe for in-state (Oklahoma)
$300 per recipe for out-of-state
Turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks once forms are received.
