USDA/FDA Pilot-scale Processing
FAPC’s Pilot Plant was designed with the needs of the Oklahoma food and agricultural products processing industry, meeting all levels of the industry. FAPC has pilot processing facilities for meat, cereals, dairy, and fruit and vegetables, as well as specific unit operations for thermal processing, drying, freezing, packaging, milling and fermentation.
